About Bill

I spent one summer as a kid readingTom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn over and over in my backyard hammock. Twain's ability to draw me into this world he had created with words hooked me on reading for life.

After college, rather than pursuing a career in teaching, I followed my passion for woodworking and started a small shop. Somewhere along the way I was invited to submit some articles to "Fine Woodworking Magazine". The articles were  well recieved and it planted this seed--an irresistable curiosity to see if I could write fiction.

While I still work at my day job in my small design and remodeling business, I write every day, usually in the quiet of early morning. Both short stories and novels, with two novels now published and two more on the way.
